We found this little gem just off A1, serving delicious food starting with paninis, sandwiches, though English breakfast and ending on home-made outstanding cakes. Coffee is to die for, mocha was one of the best I had. Also, they use local provides so you are sure that the quality of the products/ingredients is high. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, attentive. The place itself is tiny but with its own cosy charm. There are some tables both inside and outside. Highly recommended place for a break, delicious bite (or two) and definitely for those who want to need a break from driving on A1.

It's such a fantastic little place. I visit every now and then as a treat on my lunch break from work. The food is so delicious and well made that some of my colleagues have joined me. The food is always fresh, well presented, and of great quality. The homemade cakes and baked goods are so well balanced in flavour, they are the right amount of sweetness without any sickliness. The savoury food is generous and always perfectly created or cooked. I have never had a bad experience here.

Beautiful little cafe. Ideal for a stop when traveling on the A1. Tea served in a beautiful china tea service. I had the poached egg and avocado on sourdough which was cooked perfectly and very delicious. My wife had the brie, bacon and cranberry panini with a side salad. Also very well presented and delicious. There was a wide range of home-baked cakes too. I had the scone and jam and my wife had the blondie. There was a very large choice of savoury items on the main menu as well as a specials menu. We will definitely be back to sample some of the other options!

Visited today this being my second visit after having the best breakfast I have ever eaten on my first visit. The place was really busy & I was warned there would be a wait on food which was absolutely fine, it's always appreciated when you are warned before hand there will be a wait. I ordered the eggs royale and an iced latte which was the same as my first visit. The atmosphere was lovely and the ladies made me feel very welcome which was nice as I was alone. I was offered a free drink because of my wait for food however I declined due to a few factors - it wasn't a ridiculous wait at all, the food once again was absolutely delicious & the lady had warned me before I ordered. The ladies had a little laugh and joke with me when I went to pay which was lovely, today is the anniversary of my dad's passing and I just wanted to treat myself to a nice breakfast and that's exactly what I got. If you get the chance to try and you want a good quality breakfast for a very fair price don't hesitate.
